If your goal is weak – your adherence is weak.
Losing weight sucks – it required that you to look at your life and decide that you want something to be different. But the process of losing weight does not have to be terrible – all you need to do is be on 80% of the time. You will eat things that are not in the plan, you will forget to drink water, you will skip workouts, and that is okay. Stuff happens, just keep a strong focus on what you want to achieve and keep moving forward, losing weight is a journey across a hot, hot, desert be sure to drink plenty of water.
