Quick story - one of the very first places I worked was a gym called The Aquatic Fitness Center (AFC). In this gym there was a long hall way that connected the cardio are to the weight area. One of my favorite ways to end workout was to stand on one side of the hall way and perform 10 body weight squats. I would then sprint to the other side of the hall way and perform 10 push-ups. Then sprint back and perform 9 squats, sprint, 9 push ups, so on and so forth till I was down to zero.
This count down circuit will be run in a similar manner - minus the sprints.
We start and finish with two movements:
Squat to Press
Here's what it looks like in full motion.
