100 Reps - Every Day - Keeps the Low back ache away
I recommend keeping the reps pretty high. Aim for about 100/day. If you space them out 15-20 at a time you should have no problem getting to 100.
Try setting an alarm to go off every hour or so to remind you to get some reps in. Next time you are sitting at the office or feel your back getting tight, pop up tall and give these a shot.
