What to Expect
Fitness is not an overnight phenomena. Results take time and dedication. Typically most individuals experience changes in the following manner;
1 to 3 weeks: increase in strength. You begin to notice you can move heavier weights.
3 to 6 weeks: increase in performance: You can run farther, last longer, and take on more exercises.
6 to 9 weeks: fat loss. Here is where you begin to notice the inches starting to drop.
9 to 12 weeks: gain muscle. This is where the magic happens as your body starts building more muscle. This new muscle will not only help you stay fit but also play a major role in maintaining your fat loss.
